  • Quality Improvement Systems

We help clients and partners manage the quality of the services they deliver as health service providers. Our services incorporate the following four key principles:

  1. QI work as systems and processes
  2. Focus on outcomes and the impact thereof
  3. Importance of team building
  4. Improvements on data collection and use

  • Quality Assurance (QA) Assessment

In line with national and international standards, we use various assessment/audit techniques to review the effectiveness of QA efforts by monitoring operations and testing outputs to ensure consistent quality. These processes include identifying errors and opportunities where improvements can be done. Frameworks used for reference during QA assessments include National Health Core Standards and policies/ guidelines of the program being assessed.
